You look in the mirror and don't recognize the woman you’ve become. You wonder who you are now, if you are even a mother, or if your body simply failed you in a loop of endless 'what-ifs'.

You feel like you have no right to grieve this much and are told you should be "grateful" for what you have and are able, leaving you feeling dramatic, overreactive, and unsure how to move forward.

You're exhausted from being the 'strong one', from the emotional labour of pretending to be okay and smiling for everyone else, while you’re quietly breaking and screaming inside.

You feel a sharp sting of jealousy and envy when you see other mothers, and then you hate yourself for it. You're trapped in a cycle of guilt that makes you want to withdraw from the world.

You fear that healing means forgetting, and because forgetting feels like a betrayal, you hold onto the pain just to keep the connection to your baby alive.
But here is what I need you to know...
What you are feeling right now, the exhaustion, the "what-ifs," or the quiet questioning of whether you’ll ever feel like 'you' again... is valid. Whatever your version of this fog looks like, it has a place here.
Whether you are caught in the panic of a ticking clock, terrified to ever try again, or paralysed by the fear of another loss, I see you.
This frantic, heart-pounding anxiety about what comes next is not a sign that you’re failing; it’s a sign that you have lived through something that changed your world.
You are carrying an unimaginable weight, but your grief isn't a problem to be solved or a phase you need to "get over" or "move on" from. It is a testament to your love that remains. In this space, that "anxious hope" is something we carry together.
You don’t have to stop missing your baby to start finding "you". You can learn how to carry your grief without it swallowing you whole.
You can find your way to a new sense of "normal", one where you can honour your baby and your life as it continues to unfold. There is a steadier, softer way to walk this path, and you certainly don’t have to walk it on your own.
I’ve stood where you are, wondering how to rebuild a world that felt like it had collapsed.
If you’ve found your way here, I know you’re looking for a way to carry your grief without it pulling you under. I know what it’s like to perform "okay-ness" on the outside while feeling completely adrift on the inside.

For years, my life was defined by structure and balance. As an interior designer and lecturer, I was obsessed with how things were built. As a yoga instructor, I learned the power of the breath and how to listen to what the body is holding.
But when my own pregnancy loss hit, all my professional tools couldn't stop my world from shattering. That heartbreak cracked me open. I had to learn, inch by inch, how to rebuild my own foundation from the ground up.
I realised that healing, much like good design, is about foundations. Not to restore what was lost, but to rebuild something that honours the beauty of the original while creating space for the new. You don’t need to be 'fixed'; you simply need a steady space to find your footing again.
Today, I combine the structural clarity of a designer with the calming heart of a yoga teacher to help you navigate your journey. I’m not here to lead you; instead, with your permission, I will walk beside you on your unique journey as a steady guide and compassionate companion.
With love,

Finding a steadier, softer way to carry your grief, and discover and embrace the woman you are becoming.
When we work together, the first thing you’ll notice is the quiet, the good kind. The kind that finally lets you put down the heavy armour of 'being okay.' I provide the steady structure you’ve been missing, creating a safe, quiet space where your grief is welcome, but it doesn’t have to be the only thing in the room. You don't have to have the right words; you just have to show up as you are.
This isn’t about clinical checklists or 'moving on.' It is a gentle, restorative process of finding the pieces of 'you' that feel lost. Together, we navigate the huge feelings at a pace that feels safe for you, helping you build new foundations where you can honour your baby and your own life, side by side. If you are tired of feeling adrift and just want to feel grounded, seen, and connected to the wholeness that is still yours, you are in the right place.
I treasure a stroll in the sun, a rare treat here in Germany, but my heart is never far from the ocean. Growing up on the coast of Malaysia, I was captivated by the sight and sound of the waves.
I find peace in quiet, creative moments, such as sketching with my eldest or do her hair, while my youngest creates a bit of joyful chaos, or a cosy evening snuggling with my husband and girls. While I’m a homebody at heart, I’ll always show up for a live band, a stand-up comedy show, or a catch-up with friends. I love experiences that make me laugh, breathe deeper, and feel truly alive.
To me, food is a love language. Whether I'm traveling the world through my kitchen or fuelling my body with intentionality, I believe in nourishing ourselves well.
Yes, I will probably remind you to breathe... but I’ll also definitely recommend a good restaurant.
