Perhaps you've already spent some time with the Anchor cards. Or perhaps this is your very first introduction to them. Either way, you're warmly welcome here.
Reading the Anchor cards is one experience. Experiencing them together is another.
Sometimes what we need most isn't another idea or another thing to try. Sometimes we simply need someone to gently guide us, helping us slow down, notice what we're carrying, and discover what feels supportive in this moment.
During this workshop, I'll guide you through two of the Anchor cards in a gentle, supportive space, where there's nothing to get right and nothing to perform.
You'll be invited to simply notice what you notice, experience the practices together, and begin trusting yourself to return to these companions that support you through grief.
If you're new here, don't worry. You'll receive the Anchor Cards before the workshop, so you'll have everything you need to join us.
This isn't about doing grief the right way.
It's an opportunity to pause, be gently guided, and experience what it feels like when you create a little more space for yourself in the midst of everything you've been carrying.
During our time together, you'll be invited to experience:
A gentle place to arrive
Take a quiet pause from the constant weight of grief and settle into a compassionate, supportive space where nothing is expected of you.
Two Anchor cards in practice
Experience two of the Anchor cards together through simple guided practices that gently invite awareness back to the present moment.
Time to notice what feels true for you
There are no right or wrong responses. Simply notice what you notice, and begin discovering which gentle companions your own heart naturally responds to.
A space to be witnessed
If you choose, you'll have the opportunity to reflect alongside other mothers, reminding you that there is a place for you and you don't have to carry this on your own.
This workshop was created for mothers navigating pregnancy or baby loss who are longing for a gentle place to pause, breathe, and be supported.
It may be especially helpful if:
... you've been carrying more than anyone can see and would appreciate a space where you don't have to carry it on your own.
... you're looking for small, compassionate practices to help you feel a little more steady in difficult moments.
... you're curious to experience the Anchor cards in a gentle, supportive space.
... you're ready to give yourself permission to simply be, instead of feeling like you always have to hold everything together.
... you'd like to connect with other mothers who truly understand this path, without any pressure to share more than you're comfortable with.
You don't need to have the right words.
You don't need to be at a certain stage of your grief.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
I'm a pregnancy and baby loss grief coach, and I created The becoming pathway to gently support mothers through one of life's most tender experiences.
My approach isn't about fixing grief or telling you how you should feel. It's about creating a compassionate space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin noticing what you need in each moment.
Having experienced pregnancy loss myself, I understand how overwhelming and isolating this path can feel. It has been a privilege to walk alongside other mothers with gentleness, curiosity, and deep respect for each person's unique journey.
Everything you need to know before we meet.

If this workshop isn't at a time that works for you, I'd still love to welcome you in the future. I plan to run Your anchor cards experience regularly, so you're welcome to join a future session when the timing feels right. Simply join the waitlist to be the first to hear about upcoming dates.

Not at all. You're welcome to simply listen, join in through the chat, or share during the Reflection circle if and when it feels right for you.
No. This is a guided workshop where I'll gently lead you through a shared experience using two Anchor cards. While there will be opportunities to reflect together, the workshop isn't group therapy or a support group.
If you'd like to continue exploring with me, I'll share an invitation to The becoming foundations, my live coaching programme that offers a deeper support for mothers navigating pregnancy or baby loss.
There's absolutely no expectation to join. The workshop is complete on its own, and you're warmly welcome whether you decide to take another step or not.
Come and experience the Anchor cards with me in a gentle, supportive space created for mothers navigating pregnancy or baby loss.
There's nothing to prepare, nothing to perform, and no pressure to share more than feels right.
Just bring yourself, exactly as you are.
